Mistakes on your medical history could cost you
Author: balveyThere’s a really good article in the July issue of Money magazine that discusses how your medical history can affect your life, health and disability rates. I checked for it online, but it’s not available. If it becomes available I’ll be sure to link it.
The article is on pg. 45 of the magazine. Anyone considering buying any type of insurance that requires looking at your medical records should read this. It explains what you can do to make sure your records are correct and if not, what you should do to correct them.
FYI – You can check what’s on your records by getting a free report from the Medical Information Bureau (MIB) You’re entitled to one free report a year.
