There are too many parents now who cannot afford Child Care. Even programs like ABC cannot cover all the family's who need help. It seems everytime our Government requires anybody to pay an extra $10, they increase the cost by $20 So seems the best thing would be for all parents to pay for their childs medical, life, disability and liability insurance . . instad of having someone else choose and pay for one for your child and charge the parent double the cost For a nation that has so many children without medical or life insurance, I cannot see requiring all Child Care providers to carry insurance.
