		<description>These are tough legal and insurance repercussions, but in many ways I think they make a lot of sense. The problem we may see is - if someone is willing to drink and drive, how much will they allow these types of things to be a deterrent? It leads to all of these horrible consequences, but someone who is drinking and driving obviously isn&#039;t thinking a lot about consequences to begin with. Don&#039;t get me wrong, I think they should be held responsible, but I would like to see pre- and post- statistics, you know?&lt;BR&gt;Jerry&lt;BR&gt;</description>
