The rising costs of health care and health insurance will lead forward-thinking companies to run with these types of solutions. I recently read about a company in North Carolina which has a complete clinic (I think they even had a family physician and/or pediatrician on staff, in addition to NPs) on-site, as well as child care and an excellent cafeteria. The response from their employees was, predictably, off-the-charts enthusiastic! Creativity will reign in this market.
Jerry
www.leads4insurance.com
