		<description>This makes all the sense in the world to me. However, for the insurance and/or employer benefits to be fair I think that they should be behavior-based, and not necessarily results-based. Some employees will lose weight faster than other employees, even if they are engaged in the exact same workouts and eating plans designed to lead to better health. This could be do to genetic predisposition or other factors, but if they are doing the work to get healthier, they should reap the rewards.&lt;BR&gt;Jerry&lt;BR</description>
