What Will Be Your Legacy?
Growing Old – We hate to admit it:
I recently received an email from a high school classmate of mine, “Liz”, who lives in Alabama. Liz has been married 3 times, has 3 grown children, and is a grandmother twice over. She wrote to ask me if I’m going to our 40th annual high school reunion (Maine West, class of 1968) in November. 40 years! Just what I need – another reminder I’m getting older. I first realized it on my 50th birthday when I got a membership letter from the AARP. Then I discovered 3 years ago I’m now able to order from the “Senior Menu” at IHOP. So after logging off, I went to the bookcase and pulled out my high school yearbook.
