There are several things you can do to prepare for your medical exam, including: Get a good night’s sleep before your exam, Don’t drink caffeine the day of your exam, Don’t exercise the day of your exam. Another one is not to eat poppyseed bagels the day of your exam. They say poppy seeds may give you an unexpected result on your drug test possibly.
