		<description>This is one of the biggest worries when health insurance is almost universally tied to employment... people lose their jobs and then that leads to a multitude of other worries, as well.  Alas, COBRA is of small comfort, for many, because it can be prohibitively expensive!  This is a timely pocast, indeed!
